(All package rates are monthly and for remote access accounts only.  On site accounts are hourly).

Accounts Payable (A/P) - $100

Includes all bills/invoices to be paid.  (Up to 30 accounts)
Accounts Receivable (A/R)-$150
Includes all incoming payments to be logged, confirmation eMail sent to Client/Vendor, Deposit to be made.  (Up to 200 accounts)

Bookkeeping/Reconciliation- $200
Includes management of register(s) 4-5 times a week, posting to account, monthly reconciliation of all CC, Credit Lines, Bank and Savings accounts.  (Up to 1 Banking, 2 Saving and 4 lines of credit).
Call Forwarding- $30 Day

All your calls may be forwarded for an 8 hour period, in which we will take messages or give instructions as needed.
Collections - $200
Includes all current (as of Service Agreement date) and future collections.  Emails, faxes and phone calls will be made before collection account is turned into Small Claims.

Collections (Past Due) - 15%
Includes all past due accounts to be collected on prior to Service Agreement.
Credit/Financing Terms- $150
Do you allow your clients to pay on 'terms'?  We can take care of customized Credit Apps, Credit checks, assigning terms and  processing orders with terms. 
Customer Service- $200

Includes all correspondence via email.  You can forward your email address and all correspondence will be taken care of daily.
Financial Planning/Budgeting- $25 Hr
Includes an Excel spreadsheet of all your expenses vs. income and goals to pay out all outstanding debt.
In Office Visits- $25 Hr

Includes anything you need done related to administrative duties; Filing, letters, organization, basic office duties.
Inventory- $200

Includes a constant view of your inventory to update you on low and out of stock items, also a review of items that are not moving.  All updates needed to be made to inventory are included.  A set up fee or hourly charge will be applied to set up inventory for the first time.
Invoicing/Billing- $200
All Invoices to be sent out to Clients/Vendors.  (Does not include postage.  Up to 100 invoices monthly).
Marketing- $150
Includes constant ads in 3 places on Craigslist.org, SignonSanDiego.com and SanDiegoReader.com
New Hire Paperwork (W-4 & 1099) - $50
All new hire packets/paperwork updated and faxed to appropriate offices.
Pay out Commissions- $100

Includes bi weekly or monthly tally of commissions owed and payments issued.   Reports will be sent out with each payment.  Up to 15 1099's.
Payroll- $100
Includes bi-weekly or monthly hour’s reported and proper taxes paid to appropriate accounts.  Up to 15 W2 Employees.
QuickBooks Maintenance- $30 Hr
Is your QuickBooks or Accounting Software a mess?  Items not properly posted/reconciled or classified?  We can fix it! 
QuickBooks Training- $100
Includes a 1-2 hour training for up to 4 people.  Also includes up to 4 QB training/quick reference manuals.
Resume' Building- $50
We can take your lifeless resume' and add zzzest!
Scheduling- $100
Includes management of your schedule, via eMail.
Tax Prep/Quarterly Sales Tax- $100 
Includes all Quarterly sales tax filings, and all Tax Prep.
Website Updating- $25 Hr
Includes updating of websites.  (We are not able to assist with HTML at this time).
